Product Launches
Set the Tone for a Launch People Want to Join
A product launch needs more than a playlist in the background. It needs a live element that gives guests something to gather around, sing along with, and remember after the event. We create customized live music for product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, and corporate celebrations throughout Los Angeles.
Whether you are revealing a new product, welcoming media and partners, or creating an interactive moment for guests, live piano can help shape the energy in the room. From polished arrival music to full-room piano karaoke, your launch can feel aligned with your brand while still giving people permission to have a good time.
Give Your Guests More Than Background Music
The right music supports the flow of your event without competing with the moments that need attention. We can move between refined piano performance, recognizable songs, guest-led sing-alongs, and keytar moments that shift the mood when the room is ready for something bigger.
Your live music experience can be built around the format, audience, and pace of your launch, including:
Live piano for guest arrival, networking, and hosted conversations
Custom arrangements that complement your event theme or brand personality
Interactive sing-alongs that bring guests into the experience
Piano karaoke for a social, participatory activation
Keytar performances for a high-energy reveal, pop-up, or closing moment
Instead of asking guests to simply watch, you can give them an experience they can take part in. That makes live music especially effective for launches designed to create conversation, content, and a memorable in-person connection.
Build Music Around Your Event Flow
Every product launch has its own rhythm. Some begin with a relaxed welcome before a formal reveal. Others need music that keeps a retail pop-up active throughout the day, or a familiar chorus that brings a crowd together after the presentation. We work within your event schedule so the music supports what is happening in the room.
For a brand activation, that may mean stylish piano during guest arrivals, a custom musical moment during the product reveal, and interactive songs once the event becomes more social. For an evening launch party, it may mean transitioning naturally from cocktail-hour piano to a sing-along that gives guests a reason to stay engaged.
We can also work around speeches, presentations, photo moments, and other programmed elements. Your music is shaped to feel like part of the event, not an interruption to it.
Bring Proven Performance Experience to Your Brand Moment
We bring more than 25 years of performance experience to Piano By Steven. Our musical background includes formal training in jazz and classical music, a summa cum laude degree in Music Education from Western Illinois, and a Carnegie Hall debut at age twenty. Our first professional gig began at age ten.
That depth shows up in the way we read a room, adapt to different audiences, and make familiar songs feel immediate. We have performed at locations including Hotel Bel-Air, Frank Sinatra’s Twin Palms Estate, Symphony Center, and Disneyland, and for brands including Hulu, Disney, La Roche-Posay, Caudalie, and Hyatt.
For Hulu’s Motel activation, we performed as an Atlanta character, bringing both musical skill and a willingness to step fully into a brand experience. Whether your launch calls for polished piano, an interactive crowd moment, or a keytar entrance that changes the energy instantly, the strongest programming follows the event’s natural flow and gives guests clear moments to listen, participate, and connect.
Give Your Launch a Moment Guests Feel
When the room needs more than background music, we build live entertainment around the energy you want guests to carry with them. Product launches can include polished piano, participatory moments, or a character-driven entrance designed for your brand experience. Piano By Steven brings musical range and event awareness to programming that keeps your guests engaged from arrival through the final reveal.
